Volunteer Roles


1. Project and Communications Volunteer


  • Support IFM-SEI’s social media platforms, newsletters, and website updates
  • Assist in creating educational content and writing reports
  • Collaborate with member organizations to promote activities and events
  • Participate in project development, reporting, and evaluation
  • Coordinate logistics and contribute to daily office administration
  • Engage in youth-friendly communication strategies
  • Help organize international campaigns and create learning materials



2. Project and Fundraising Volunteer


  • Assist in identifying fundraising opportunities and preparing grant applications
  • Contribute to project planning, reporting, and evaluation
  • Handle logistical and administrative tasks for ongoing projects
  • Maintain regular communication with member organizations and volunteers
  • Participate in international campaign coordination
  • Support the development of educational and advocacy resources



Training and Development :


  • Participation in national training courses offered by JINT (Belgium's National Agency)
  • Access to educational events by the European Youth Foundation (EYF), European Commission (EC), and European Parliament (EP)
  • Hands-on experience in youth communication, NGO operations, and fundraising
  • Exposure to international project management and networking opportunities
