Volunteer Roles
1. Project and Communications Volunteer
- Support IFM-SEI’s social media platforms, newsletters, and website updates
- Assist in creating educational content and writing reports
- Collaborate with member organizations to promote activities and events
- Participate in project development, reporting, and evaluation
- Coordinate logistics and contribute to daily office administration
- Engage in youth-friendly communication strategies
- Help organize international campaigns and create learning materials
2. Project and Fundraising Volunteer
- Assist in identifying fundraising opportunities and preparing grant applications
- Contribute to project planning, reporting, and evaluation
- Handle logistical and administrative tasks for ongoing projects
- Maintain regular communication with member organizations and volunteers
- Participate in international campaign coordination
- Support the development of educational and advocacy resources
Training and Development :
- Participation in national training courses offered by JINT (Belgium's National Agency)
- Access to educational events by the European Youth Foundation (EYF), European Commission (EC), and European Parliament (EP)
- Hands-on experience in youth communication, NGO operations, and fundraising
- Exposure to international project management and networking opportunities
