Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) is currently recruiting skilled Traffic Managers to oversee traffic control activities across its highway network. This role ensures the safety and comfort of highway users while providing reliable real-time traffic information.
Responsibilities
The Traffic Manager will handle various critical tasks, including:
- Supervising traffic flow across the highway network.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of electronic toll collection systems.
- Overseeing communication infrastructure, video monitoring equipment, and other operational devices in the field.
- Analyzing traffic indicators and disseminating relevant real-time information.
- Collaborating with relevant authorities to manage incidents and optimize current operations.
- Centralizing and sharing traffic information with various internal entities.
Candidate Profile
ADM is seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Required Diploma: A specialized technician diploma (Bac+2) or professional license (Bac+3) in transportation, logistics management, highway operations, bridges, tunnels, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the roads, highways, transportation, or traffic management sectors.
- Languages: Fluency in both French and Arabic, spoken and written.
