Responsibilities

Agency Managers will be assigned to regions including Oriental, Fes, Drâa-Tafilalet, Souss-Massa, and Béni Mellal-Khénifra, with key cities such as Taourirt, Agadir, Nador, and Errachidia.
Heads of Agencies (Male/Female)
Responsibilities
- Manage agency activities while leading and supervising teams.
- Develop commercial procedures and proactively enhance banking services.
- Ensure compliance with security and internal control standards.
- Develop and retain the client portfolio.
- Oversee the smooth administrative and financial operations of the agency.
Required Profile
- A Bachelor’s +2/3 degree in Management, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and goal-oriented skills.
Job Locations
Heads of Agencies will be appointed to regions such as Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Casablanca-Settat, Meknes, Marrakech-Safi, and other major cities like Oujda, Salé, Agadir, and Dakhla.
