- Track applications and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or management.
- Effective communication, active listening, teamwork, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Excel and recruitment processes.
Senior RPA Blue Prism Developer
Primary Role
Design and implement robust automation solutions using Blue Prism, driving AXA’s digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Assess automation projects and develop complex solutions.
- Independently manage RPA applications and advanced programming.
- Provide technical documentation and report on automation benefits.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of RPA experience, with expertise in Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
- Blue Prism certifications (APD01 and ASD01) are mandatory.

Primary Role

Required Skills
- Advanced experience in cybersecurity with a focus on credential hunting.
- Proficiency in password-cracking tools and advanced programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Cloud Security Product Owner
Primary Role
Manage cloud security products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
