Responsibilities
- Manage the agency's customer relations plan in line with regional objectives.
- Lead and develop the team through training, evaluation, and skill-building.

- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, budgets, and risk management.
Required Profile
Experience:
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in a similar position.
