Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the bank’s compliance processes.
- Integrate new regulatory controls into compliance plans in collaboration with risk teams.
- Support various departments in meeting current regulatory standards.
- Verify compliance in contracts with partners, as well as for new products, services, and policies prior to launch.
- Update and promote the bank's code of ethics, instilling its principles across all branches.
- Produce mandatory regulatory reports for regulators.
- Adapt internal standards and procedures to evolving legal and regulatory changes.
- Reduce non-compliance risks through precise regulatory monitoring and control protocols.
- Provide guidance, training, and resources on compliance topics.
Profile Requirements
- Education: BAC +5 in Compliance or a similar field.
- Experience: Extensive banking sector experience with a solid understanding of banking regulations.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and interpersonal abilities.
Senior Quality Advisor
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System by overseeing ISO 9001 compliance and managing quality process reviews.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure process compliance and prepare for external audits.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance banking operational efficiency.
- Design and lead training sessions on quality standards, raising team awareness about ISO practices.
- Monitor customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and recommending improvement measures to reduce complaints.
- Track regulatory changes to adapt the quality management system accordingly.
- Education: BAC +5 in Quality, Auditing, or a related field (Engineering or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the banking sector.
- Skills: Expertise in ISO 9001 standards, analytical and project management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
