Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Operational Technology (OT)
Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation & OT, you will oversee digital transformation initiatives and manage operational technology to optimize industrial processes across Centrale Danone’s production sites. This includes leading the implementation of the "Digital Manufacturing Acceleration" (DMA) program, aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation & Project Management: Design and manage digital projects aimed at enhancing industrial processes, leveraging emerging technologies.
- Project Coordination & Resource Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring resource allocation and monitoring results to align with performance goals.
- Team Training & Awareness: Educate teams on Industry 4.0 technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
- Automation & Operational Technology Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate OT solutions, achieving effective automation.
- OT Cybersecurity: Oversee cybersecurity for OT systems, manage obsolescence risks, and participate in cybersecurity audits.
- Automation Project Monitoring: Supervise automation projects from design through to implementation, managing OT architecture for optimal efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineering Degree in Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 5-6 Years of Experience in industrial environments (preferably in food or automotive sectors) with a successful track record in digital transformation and project management
- Strong Automation and OT Management Skills in an industrial setting
