Responsibilities
  • Proactive Strategy Implementation: You will implement a proactive strategy to scout and market the bank's products and services.
  • Advising Developers: Providing advice and support to real estate developers during various stages of financing.
  • Client Guidance: Directing clients interested in optimizing their assets toward the "Consulting and Asset Management" entity.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with promoters by offering a comprehensive range of banking products.
  • Customer Requests Handling: Processing and analyzing customer requests and complaints.
  • Project Visits: Conduct project visits and encourage promoters to address their deferral requests.
  • Request Initiation and Monitoring: Initiate and follow up on requests for lifting restrictions, providing reasoned opinions.
  • Issuance Request Management: Oversee and monitor issuance requests.
  • Closure Deadline Management: Manage renewal or deferral requests for closure deadlines according to the annual visit schedule and alerts from the middle office.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop and enrich the portfolio of real estate professionals in the region where the business centers are located.
Required Profile
  • Education: Bac+5 in Finance, Banking, and Management.
  • Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
