Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application.
Academic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.70 (or an equivalent recognized qualification).
- A Master's degree obtained through research or an equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.70/4.00.
English Proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic) with a minimum score of 6.5.
- TOEFL scores ranging from 73-93.
- CEFR Level B2.

- A passport-sized photograph
- A completed UMES application form
- Proof of publication (only the first page)
- A copy of the identity card
- Copies of certificates and academic transcripts for both bachelor's and master's levels
- A valid IELTS/TOEFL/CEFR certificate
