Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect commercial buildings and lands according to the specifications set by the management.
- Negotiate financial and legal terms with property owners.
- Collaborate with the legal department to finalize contracts.
- Build a network of intermediaries, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Monitor the opening of competitor brands' projects.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree + 5 in Business School or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Precision in data collection and analysis, with an analytical mindset.

Merchandise Planning Manager (M/F)
Marjane Group is hiring a Merchandise Planning Manager (M/F) to strengthen our Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities
- Propose and manage flow improvement projects within the distribution network.
- Oversee merchandise planning projects from design to implementation.
- Develop analytical tools and reporting for merchandise planning.
- Regularly reassess forecasting methods and adjust RAO parameters.
- Align demand planning with sales plans and financial objectives.
- Analyze and optimize product assortment and stock rotation processes.
- Recommend promotional and pricing strategies.
- Monitor stock levels across the supply chain.
- Lead and manage the team, prioritizing and coordinating activities.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree + 5 in Engineering or Business School, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Team management experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Deep understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Comfort with numbers and their impact on strategic decisions.
Internal Audit Manager (M/F)
To enhance our Audit, Risk, and Internal Control department, Marjane Group is recruiting an Internal Audit Manager (M/F) for our headquarters in Casablanca.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of the multi-year audit plan.
- Manage scheduled audit tasks according to international standards.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans from previous missions.
- Contribute to occasional audit missions.
- Assist in the preparation of Audit Committee minutes.
- Organize and coordinate external audit missions.
- Lead cross-functional projects: IFACI certification and digitization.
- Manage a team of internal auditors.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree + 5, specializing in Audit or Finance.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, including 8 years in internal audit. Experience in a major audit firm is a plus.
- Mastery of international internal audit standards.
- Proficiency in project management techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
