Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the loyalty of a portfolio of individual clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Actively participate in external prospecting with at least three potential visits per week.
- Proactively screen clients through various events and seminars.
- Achieve commercial targets set by the hierarchy.
- Manage the client portfolio directly, diagnose needs, and offer responsive products and services.
- Monitor performance and submit periodic reports to management.
- Handle customer requests and complaints, and manage daily compensations.
- Manage risks and compliance, ensuring adherence to rules and procedures.
- Administer customer accounts and monitor deadlines.
Profile Required
- Education Level: Bac+5 in Commerce or Finance.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Work Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services dedicated to individuals.

Profile Required
- Education Level: Bac+5 in Commerce or Finance, with a degree from a university or business school.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of management experience in a similar position.
