Job Overview
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Advisors include managing client relationships throughout the duration of the contract. They will be tasked with:
- Contributing to the development of the customer portfolio by selling insurance services and products.
- Handling requests from customers, general agents, or other AXA networks and partners and processing the resulting procedures.
- Adopting a consultative approach while analyzing customer risks and contractual situations.
- Assessing customer eligibility for certain guarantees and offering suitable products.
Desired Profile
- Education: Bac+2 (Associate's Degree or equivalent).
- Experience: Initial experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach. Proficient in using computers and familiar with online communication tools. Motivated and committed to achieving sales targets.
