Senior Training Officer
Responsibilities
  • Training Engineering & Skill Development: Design and propose comprehensive training plans aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Analyze and consolidate training needs to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Annual Training Plan Development: Contribute to the development of the annual training plan, including topics, timelines, goals, calendar, speakers, budget, and more.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, room reservations, invitations, and documentation.
  • Training Effectiveness Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reports.
  • Post-Training Monitoring: Conduct post-training follow-ups and analyze performance indicators.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring administrative oversight.
  • Reimbursement Management: Ensure the reimbursement of training costs by OFPPT.
  • E-learning Training Procedures: Design and implement e-learning training procedures.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms (LIL).
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.

Profile Requirements
  • A graduate with a Bac+5 in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Accountant

Job Responsibilities
  • Technical Accounting Operations: Manage technical accounting operations including premiums, commissions, claims, reinsurance, and co-insurance.
  • Accounting Integration: Oversee and execute accounting integration processes.
  • Financial Flow Management: Handle financial flows and manage anomalies.
  • Payment Monitoring: Receive and monitor payment methods.
  • Interface Supervision: Supervise the business interfaces' operations.
  • Accounting Transformation Projects: Participate in accounting transformation projects.
  • Accounting Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounting processes.
  • Insurance & Reinsurance Financial Flows: Manage financial flows related to insurance and reinsurance.
  • Provisional Account Closures: Carry out provisional account closures.
  • Legal Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Accounting Risk Management: Identify and manage accounting risks.
  • Complaint Handling: Follow up on internal and external complaints and requests.
  • Pending Bank Reconciliation Data: Handle pending bank reconciliation data.
  • Account Balance Monitoring: Monitor and adjust pending account balances.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in accounting techniques and standards.
  • Knowledge of insurance product regulations.
  • Computer skills, including SAP proficiency.
