Job Responsibilities
As a French-speaking customer service representative at Amazon in Rabat, you will be responsible for:

  • Personalized Service: Delivering personalized service based on comprehensive training and a non-scripted approach.
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of Amazon's diverse customer base.
  • Variable Hours: You will work variable hours to adapt to customer needs.
  • Weekly Commitment: A commitment of 44 hours per week, including national holidays, is required.
  • Schedule Notice: Schedules are provided at least six weeks in advance, with shifts that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Service Availability: The service operates from 06:00 to 00:00, Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old.
  • Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Morocco.
  • French Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in French (Level C1).
  • Basic Computer Skills: Fundamental computer skills are necessary.
