HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Marjane Group, you will be fully engaged in activities such as:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with department managers to understand their human resource needs.
  • Acting as an HR consultant to managers, providing advice and recommendations on a range of HR issues including recruitment, performance management, training and development, change management, and more.
  • Collaborating with operations managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the recruitment process from job description writing to onboarding new employees.
  • Supporting managers in performance management by providing guidance on performance evaluation, skill development, and performance issue resolution.
Required Profile
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant professional experience as an HRBP or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capacity to operate autonomously and effectively handle concurrent projects.
  • Proficient understanding of labor regulations and optimal practices in HR management.

Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Marjane Group, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and supporting customers in product usage.
  • Managing the company's customer portfolio.
  • Listening to customers to identify their needs and responding to them.
  • Developing customer loyalty strategies.
  • Collecting feedback and analyzing user experience to suggest improvements.
  • Providing services to customers to enhance their satisfaction (upselling or cross-selling).
  • Ensuring customer development.

Required Profile

  • Experience in a customer success manager role.

  • Determination to achieve goals and progress professionally.
  • Experience in the distribution sector is an additional advantage.

Technical Manager for Shopping Center

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards regarding safety, cleanliness, and environmental protection.
  • Supervising building maintenance, infrastructure, and related services to ensure a high-quality work environment.
  • Conducting daily inspection operations to ensure proper functioning of facilities and buildings.
  • Contributing to a first-class customer experience by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in the spaces.
  • Supporting occupants in their installation and assisting the marketing department in campaign implementation.
Required Profile
  • Holder of a Higher Technical Diploma (Bac+2/3).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in facility management.
  • Independent, responsible, organized, responsive, and strict.
  • Mastery of technical skills such as multi-technical maintenance and coordination with subcontractors.
